South Park is REALLY gay pt 2

-----------------------------------------

Tweek was freaking out.

Freaking out big time.

When it had first happened, he had thought that maybe he had imagined it. Had almost managed to convince himself of that in the classes between the start of school and lunch, in fact, but the second he made his way into the dinner hall, eyes following him as he made his way over to the usual table he and the rest of Craig’s posse sat at, he was started to re-think this.

“Yo, Tweek, what’s up? You seem...” It was always hard to know just how to finish that sentence, Tweek tended to seem most of the ways Token could think of to describe his current state pretty much every day. “...You know.” He settled for eventually, throwing in a shrug of the shoulders as the blonde sat down next to him, nervous gaze scanning the rest of the hall as he did so.

“W-where’s Craig?” He asked, as calmly as he could manage which really was not very calmly at all, considering for once everyone really was staring at him. “J-Jesus,” he muttered, finally bringing his eyes back to his friend, keeping his tone quiet, “why are they all s-staring?!” Token frowned at him, sandwich mid-way to his mouth.

“Why did you expect?” He asked, tone slightly amused as he offered the so far only other occupant at the table a brief side-wards glance. “Craig kissed you, in front of those guys, and you wondering why everyone’s staring at you?” Even though the blonde had not started his meal yet, he managed to choke of that piece information.

“That really happened?!” He squawked, voice shrill and only getting more attention drawn his way, Token’s frown only deepening at his outburst, returning his food to the tray in front of him to give the blonde to his left his full attention.

“What?” He asked. “You thought it didn’t?” His friend simply blinked at him, blinked and frowned and was not entirely sure how to answer that question...

“W-well...” He tried, hoping maybe the answer would come to him if he actually started talking but, on finding it did not, defaulting right back to a pile of jittery nerves. “I dunno, man!” He exploded, this time Token barely batting an eye-lid at the action. “WHY would he do a thing like that?! It doesn’t make any sense!” The other boy waited for his friend to stop flailing and sit back down again before he even tried answering that question – he supposed he had a point.

“Maybe he likes you?” He suggested, deciding that any further out-bursts could be handled while he ate, taking a bite from his sandwich and chewing it thoughtfully. “That would make it make sense, right?” Again Tweek just blinked at him, uncomprehending.

“I-I guess...” He conceded grudgingly, lunch as well as appetite completely forgotten now, hands defaulting to his normal some-what soothing habit of worrying the hem of his t-shirt, the white cotton threading between his fingers easily before he could think how different the fabric felt to the normal button-down shirts he always wore.

Oh right...

Craig again. Dragging him down the mall at the weekend, forcing all those weird spa treatments and crazy clothes on him and grinning all the while. That had seemed kinda weird at the time, now he thought about it. It was rare for just the two of them to hang out like that – normally it was all four of them, five or six sometimes, the last time it had been just him and Craig had been...

He frowned – he could not remember.

“You alright, man?” Token asked, now that his sandwich had been removed from the equation, he seemed far more interested in his friend’s dilemma, said friend snapping his attention back to the room at his words, nodding in his normal, jittery way. “Craig’s in the math room, you should go talk to him maybe.” He offered, information that, in Tweek’s humble opinion, could have been given earlier than it had been.

Far be it for the blonde to make a scene though.

“You think that’s a good idea?” He asked quietly, hands moving hesitantly to repack his bag, making Token’s answer to his question almost completely pointless. “Y-you don’t think he’ll be mad, do you?” Token shook his head at that, watching as Tweek stood.

Seriously, he wondered how the blonde’s mind worked sometimes...

“Tweek man, he kissed you – why would he be mad?” Tweek simply frowned, either not knowing the answer or not about to offer one, leaving his friend to push him out from the bench-type table they were sitting at. “Go talk to that asshole. Yell at him, tell him you’re mad at him and that tell he violated you.” He could not help but grin at the startled look that got him from his friend as he did indeed concede to being pushed and now to stand at the end of their table, eyes wide and gaping.

“Jesus! He did not!” Those squealed words sending Token into hysterics and causing more than a few eyes to return to the pair while Tweek struggled to see what was so funny.

“Kidding, Tweekers.” Token told him when he remembered how to breathe, the blonde only then closing his mouth and attempting a scowl which sent the other boy back into his laughing fit, Tweek this time simply turning and walking, as calming as the eyes and whispering voices that followed him would allow, back out of the hall, hoisting his bag to a more comfortable position on his shoulder, a look of hesitant determination on his face.

Next stop, math room.

Although, he supposed, before he did talk to Craig he should maybe think about what he was going to say to him. Certainly none of the things Token had suggested, aside from maybe the why part. He paused at that, frowning. So he was not mad at the other boy, was that a good thing or not?

His frown deepened but his feet seemed to remember their destination again, moving him towards the math room, mind it’s normal tangle of nervous worry and paranoid wanderings as to all the ways this could all go horribly wrong (these ranging from Craig screaming at him and beating him to a bloody pulp to the other simply not saying a word and ignoring him forever. Neither one appealing.)

He peered through the checked glass of the small window of the math room door when he reached it – Craig was alone, writing lines on the black board or at least, that appeared to be what he was supposed to be doing, instead he was sitting in the teacher’s chair, feet up on her desk and reading a hair-care magazine.

Tweek let himself into the room.

“I was just sitting down for a second!” The other boy snapped, jumping up from his seat, almost losing a shoe in the process, only once he was upright (and shoe back where it belonged) did he bother to turn and see who it was who had come into the room, expression falling from relief, to a brief scowl and finally a slight chuckle. “You scared the shit outta me, Blondie.” He admitted, re-taking his seat and nodding to the blonde to pull up a chair too, frowning when the other simply stood on the classroom side of the door, shifting nervously and staring at his feet. “What?” Craig asked.

“You kissed me!” He blurted out, looking up only after he heard the words out loud, clamping his hands over his mouth in the process, eyes wider than they had ever been before as the other boy simply stared back at him.

He had NOT meant to say that...

“Yeah, and?” The other said simply, leaning down to retrieve the magazine he had dropped on the floor before, only looking up from a very interesting article about leave-in conditioner when Tweek did not say anything for a whole five minutes and only then to frown and ask; “What?” Tweek stared, completely lost. Was he the only one who thought this was a big deal?! Token had not seemed to although the rest of the dining hall had taken an interest...

“WHY?!” He almost screamed, this act making Craig jump and drop his magazine a second time, flipping the blonde off for the action, not that he seemed to notice, expression fixed to one of startled incomprehension.

“Why the hell do you think, Retard?” He snapped back, picking up the magazine a second time, simply throwing it to the desk in favour of handling the situation this time, tilting his head to one side as he watched the blonde closely. “Think about it Tweek – why would I do a thing like that?” Tweek only blinked in response causing Craig to sigh and roll his eyes. “I like you, idiot.” He told him simply, an amused look on his face at the reaction that got.

“Wait, what?!” Tweek asked, frowning as if that was the last thing he had expected to hear (although yes, it did make sense). “You like me?” He repeated, blinking some more when his friend nodded.

“I like you.” Craig repeated, then laughed, pulling himself out of the chair and over towards the blonde, Tweek flitching awkwardly as he tried to back away from the approaching boy but finding himself more of less trapped, making an odd, strangled sound of distress at this realization. “What? You’re my friend, I’m supposed to like you, aren’t I?” He laughed again at the bewildered look on the blonde’s face when he reached him.

“I-I s-suppose...” Tweek managed, trying to back further into the wall but failing on account that both he and said wall were pretty solid objects. Craig lifted his hands in a shrugged ‘there you go’ motion.

“Well then, what’s the big deal?” He asked, grinning as he thought back to the show. “Man! The look on their faces! It was so funny~” He went on, draping an arm around the blonde and forcing him further into the room now, pushing him down into a chair before taking another from near-by and sitting himself. “So, share your lunch with me? I was supposed to buy mine today but...” He nodded towards the black-board, lines not even half finished before flipping the inanimate object off. Tweek smiled slightly at that, nodded and handed over half of his sandwich, the dark-haired boy taking the food with a ‘thank you’ nod of the head and...

Well, Tweek supposed that was it. For the time being, at least.

Because friends were supposed to like each other and you did kiss people you liked, as was his some-what limited knowledge on the subject at any rate...

He shrugged to himself, taking a bite out of what was left of his lunch – he had shared food with Craig before and if he did not eat fast, he would not at all. He could think about the whole thing some more later but for now, he supposed it did not matter so much.

Besides, he really did not mind being kissed, if it was Craig doing the kissing.

Fandom: South Park.
Pairing: Craig/Tweek.
Warnings: Slash kinda.
Disclaimer: I do not own South Park or any of its' characters.

Lamest. Title. Ever. Just like... pretend it's good or something, yeah? :paranoid:

Anyways~ This is, obviously, part two of two fics ( the first can be found here [link] ) and is concentrating on Tweek's thoughts rather than Craig's this time around. I dunno, it's kinda fun? I love the logic involved; 'Friends are supposed to like each other, you kiss people you like, all good!' :D

Ummm, yeah. There you go.
